we want your order to reach you exactly as intended — clean, intact, and ready to use. because these are paper goods and limited-run items, we only offer refunds or replacements in specific cases.

eligible for refund / replacement
we offer a refund or replacement only if your order arrives:
– damaged (torn, crushed, or physically compromised)
– misprinted or defective
– visibly tarnished or stained
– incorrect item received

to request this, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
– your order number
– clear photos of the issue (including packaging, if possible)

once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.

not eligible for refund
we do not offer refunds or returns for:
– change of mind
– minor color variations (due to screen vs print differences)
– slight alignment variations (part of the handmade/printed nature)
– delayed deliveries caused by courier services
– incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

mail club policy
all mail club purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.
each issue is curated, limited, and created as a complete experience, so we’re unable to accept cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.

additional notes
– we do not accept returns of used or opened products
– if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it with the courier

if something’s genuinely wrong, we’ll fix it. otherwise, all sales are considered final.
